Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes washed and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Divide the potatoes evenly among four pieces of aluminum foil. Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal the edges to create packets.
Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the foil packets and serve the potatoes hot.
