Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the beans, red onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
