Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seed until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the slaw sit for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Transfer the slaw to freezer bags, remove as much air as possible, and seal. Freeze until ready to use.
  6. To serve, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and drain any excess liquid before serving.
