- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic, minced

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
