Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
2. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, stirring to coat with the bacon grease. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces and serve hot.
