  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
