Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze until firm.
  2. Mix crushed cornflakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Roll ice cream balls in the cornflake mixture, pressing to adhere. Freeze again until firm.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry ice cream balls for a few seconds until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
