Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Cornflakes, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 cups Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze until firm.
Mix crushed cornflakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll ice cream balls in the cornflake mixture, pressing to adhere. Freeze again until firm.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Fry ice cream balls for a few seconds until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
