Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
  2. 2. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all sticks.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the sticks from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
