Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Sugar Cookie Dough

Topping

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Mixed Fruit sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough onto a baking sheet to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
