Garlic Mashed Cauliflower
A healthy, low-carb alternative to mashed potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Serve hot.
