Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast diced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
3. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in chicken broth, add salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
