Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Red grapes, halved
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, red onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
