Grilled Cheese de Mayo
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese using mayo instead of butter.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Any type you like
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar, American, or your choice
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise For spreading
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side up.
5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
