  • 4 Italian sausage links
  • 4 Hoagie rolls split
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce warmed
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Sautéed bell peppers and onions optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the Italian sausage links for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. While the sausages are grilling, split the hoagie rolls and warm them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Place a grilled sausage in each hoagie roll.
  5. Top each sausage with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sautéed bell peppers and onions if using.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
