Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausage links
- 4 Hoagie rolls split
- 1 cup Marinara sauce warmed
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Sautéed bell peppers and onions optional
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Italian sausage links for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
While the sausages are grilling, split the hoagie rolls and warm them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Place a grilled sausage in each hoagie roll.
Top each sausage with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sautéed bell peppers and onions if using.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
