Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers
Juicy burgers topped with grilled mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 pieces Burger buns
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties.
Grill patties for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked to desired doneness.
In a skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender.
Top each burger with sautéed mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese. Allow cheese to melt.
Serve burgers on buns.
