Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender.
  5. Top each burger with sautéed mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese. Allow cheese to melt.
  6. Serve burgers on buns.
