  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  5. Grill salmon for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
