Main Ingredients
- 1 pc Zucchini cut into chunks
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the zucchini, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
Brush the veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until veggies are tender and slightly charred.
