Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth and add the diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
