- 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
