  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled and sliced

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
  4. 4. Stir in the honey and lemon juice. Serve hot.
