Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 inch Ginger peeled and sliced
1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
4. Stir in the honey and lemon juice. Serve hot.
