Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Turkey breast cooked
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 cup Mornay sauce
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to make Mornay sauce.
  4. Place toasted bread slices in a baking dish. Top each with turkey, then cover with Mornay sauce.
  5. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Top each sandwich with two slices of bacon and serve hot.
