Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble until cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice, pineapple chunks, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
