  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
