Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 cup pasta small shapes
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
