Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice to the wok and stir everything together.
  6. 6. Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix well.
  7. 7. Stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil. Serve hot.
