Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Add chicken cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. 5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
