Kale Salad Recipe
A simple and healthy kale salad recipe.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale stems removed, leaves chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Wash and dry the kale leaves using a salad spinner.
2. Remove the stems and chop the kale leaves.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
4. Toss everything together until the kale is well coated.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
