Crust
- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 4 large Egg yolks
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- ½ cup Key lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lime zest
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
