  • 2 units lemons, juiced and zested

Instructions

  2. 2. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, continuing to stir.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and let cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
