Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • ½ cup Flour for dredging
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. Dredge liver in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  5. 5. Add liver to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Return onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
