- 1 lb Fresh Salmon diced
- 2 large Tomatoes diced
- 1 large Onion diced
- to taste Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, tomatoes, and onion.
2. Season with salt to taste.
3. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
