Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  4. If using, add the finely chopped jalapeño for some heat.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
