Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, dried oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and cook as desired.
