Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 4 Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled chicken strips, cucumber, tomato, and red onion inside the pita bread.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
