- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thin
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and mix well.
3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
