Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Green beans chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 can Tomatoes diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, tomatoes, corn, green beans, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Add crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
