  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped green onions.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
