Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 2 fillets Salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. Cook the salmon fillets in a pan until fully cooked. Let them cool and then flake into pieces.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, flaked salmon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
