Mississippi Pot Roast Recipe
A savory and tender pot roast with a bit of a kick.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- ½ cup Butter
- 6 pieces Pepperoncini Peppers
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Place the butter on top of the roast and add the pepperoncini peppers.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the meat and serve with the juices.
