Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
