  • 4 cups Mixed greens washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Serve immediately.
