- 4 slices Bread
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Turkey
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar for dusting
- ¼ cup Raspberry Jam for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between slices of bread.
3. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
5. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
