Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mushrooms, breadcrumbs, mashed black beans, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and heated through.
