Main Ingredients
- 500 g Frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Mint leaves (optional)
1. Boil the peas in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes until tender.
2. Drain the peas and return them to the pan.
3. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Mash with a wooden spoon or blend for a smoother texture.
4. Stir in mint leaves if using. Serve warm.
