Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the peanut butter mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. 5. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
