- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1.5 cups pecans halved
- 1 pie crust unbaked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Stir in the pecan halves.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until set.
Allow to cool before serving.
