Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook the thinly sliced steak until browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the onions and peppers to the skillet and mix with the steak.
Place the provolone cheese slices over the steak mixture and let it melt.
Fill the hoagie rolls with the steak, onion, and pepper mixture. Serve hot.
