Instructions
Wash the okra and trim the stems.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Pack the okra, garlic, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and chili pepper into sterilized jars.
Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the okra, leaving ½ inch headspace.
Seal the jars and let them cool. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
