Ingredients 

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges undrained
  • 4 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil

Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 can Crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 box Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub Whipped topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, mandarin oranges with juice, eggs, and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. For the frosting, mix together crushed pineapple with juice, instant vanilla pudding mix, and whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
