- 4 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks and ½ cup of brown sugar. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the pineapple.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pineapple is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
